IT Network Administrator

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure. Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups.

Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams. Support and troubleshoot operational systems including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support. Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and wireless networking.
• Experience with firewalls, VoIP systems, CCTV systems, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of network security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• UAE driving license preferred (or mandatory if required by your company).
• Willingness to travel to company offices, camps, and project sites across the UAE.
