Information Technology Executive; UAE National

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys delivering seamless IT experiences and supporting business success through technology? We're looking for an Emirati IT Executive who will play a key role in ensuring our employees have reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems to support their work.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Maintain and support end-user devices, systems, and workplace technology.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, software updates, and patching activities.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years work experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint support.
• Understanding of networking, IT security, patch management, and IT asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
