Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA, demonstrating foundational knowledge. Have a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and network administration roles. Possess a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security principles.
