Overview

Stock Controller / Senior Citizen Supply Controller position based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The employer is Gulf Group Holding, seeking an experienced professional to manage stock control across group companies.

• Supervise and monitor stock and inventory across all company teams.
• Oversee supply control in all stores and storage facilities; manage shop and warehouse operations to ensure stock availability and stock control.
• Monitor and record expiration, leaks, waste, and pilferage.
• Coordinate warehousing and shop teams across group companies; manage all shops and storage facility operations.
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stockouts (OOS).
• Ensure legal compliance at storage locations at all times.
• Develop and implement SOPs related to stock control best practices.
• Analyze supply chain and storage data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with storekeepers, sales, and finance departments across group operations.
• Conduct regular supply audits for all group firms.
• Keep purchase orders within the approved budgets for all group companies.
• Oversee storage of products, particularly fragile items; maintain a steady flow of supply from storage to where it is needed.
• Liaise with storage facility personnel and internal teams to ensure product quality upon delivery and storage conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records.

• At least 8+ years of experience in leading/managing supply control in a reputed building company in the UAE.
• Experience in a diversified business group with multiple industries is an added benefit.
• Hands-on knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, and related stock-control areas.
• Exposure to working in an SAP environment is an advantage.
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
• Ability to commute to Ras Al Khaimah or relocate prior to starting work.
