Inventory Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Inventory Officer role is responsible of managing the end-to-end inventory of RAKEZ assets across all assigned Zones, including asset requisition, recording, verification, handling, tracking, and storage coordination and disposal. The role supports the Supervisor by ensuring all asset data is up to date maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset records, ensuring compliance with control standards, and accessible for audits, handovers, and operational needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
• Ensure all asset movements are documented and traceable.
• Maintain audit-ready records and compliance with asset controls.
• Handle RAKEZ Assets handovers, takeovers and inspections.
• Identify and upscale assets discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure operational asset availability across all assigned zones.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Control the complete lifecycle of RAKEZ assets (request, approval, sourcing, delivery, storage, shifting, allocation till disposal)
• Maintain the assets master sheet of both RAKEZ and Clients in all zones
• Optimize warehouse space and inventory storage.
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems efficiently.
• Evaluates disposal options and identifies the most cost-effective and compliant approach.
• Ensures all disposal activities comply with company policies and approval authorities.
• To have excellent experience in coordinating with Procurement, approved vendors, recyclers, auctioneers, and waste management companies
• Effectively manages the clients' assets found in their facility or within its vicinity, including inventory preparation, internal coordination, relocation, storage, disposal, and accurate record-keeping.

Educational & Other Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2
  -3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse coordination, or asset management, preferably within industrial or facilities environments.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Familiar with stock control principles, labeling/barcoding, and basic storage design.
• Knowledge of petty cash tracking and purchase documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, organized, and dependable in a field-focused environment.
