Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Plan and coordinate import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues
• Create and maintain shipping documents and records
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to relevant parties
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics partners
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

This is a contract position open to both Indian and Egyptian candidates. No English proficiency is required for this job.
