Key Responsibilities
* Operate, maintain, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel.
* Respond promptly to all maintenance requests from guests and staff.
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Assist in managing energy consumption and implementing sustainable practices.## Requirements
