Sales Director – Land Sales (UAE)

Location: UAE (regular presence in Ras Al Khaimah)

We are supporting the appointment of a Sales Director to lead land sales activities for a large-scale real estate development platform in the UAE.

This role is suited to a senior sales leader with experience operating on the developer side
, managing complex land transactions and engaging with regional and international stakeholders.

• Lead and execute the land sales strategy across a master-planned development
• Drive sales of development plots and large-scale land opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with regional and international clients
• Contribute to pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with senior leadership on revenue planning and market positioning
• Lead and support senior sales teams as required

• Demonstrated experience in land sales within a developer environment
• Background with a master developer or large real estate developer
• Track record of managing complex, high-value land transactions
• Experience engaging with diverse, multi-market client groups
• Senior sales leadership experience (Director / Head of Sales level)

• This role sits within a developer-led environment
• Experience gained within brokerage settings may be considered where complemented by developer-side roles
