• AV Operations:
  Manage and coordinate AV setups for events, performances, and meetings.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inventory of all AV equipment.
• Team Management:
  Lead and train AV technicians and support staff.
• Vendor Liaison:
  Coordinate with external vendors for AV support and procurement.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all AV operations meet safety and technical standards.

• Bachelor's degree in AV technology or related field.
• Proven experience in AV management.
• Technical proficiency in audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Leadership and project management skills.
