ELECTRA is looking for a CAD Detailer to produce precise technical drawings for fabrication and installation. The role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with design, production, and site teams to ensure drawings meet quality and project standards.

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications.
• Create CNC cutting files, shop drawings, fabrication details, and material take‑off sheets.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project standards and specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the production team.
• Coordinate with production and site teams to confirm designs are practical and feasible for fabrication.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Liaise with the production team for technical clarifications as required.
• Support production with layout revisions and renderings as needed.
• Assign and maintain material coding/numbering for easy identification and tracking.
• Apply 5S principles and Lean techniques to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

4+ years of experience.

Certification in AutoCAD or design software.

Secondary school certification.

English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Sketch Up.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; advanced knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, or Solid Works is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a CAD Detailer in joinery, metal fabrication, exhibitions, interiors, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and standards in carpentry and steel.
• Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Proactive with a positive attitude.
• Flexible and ready to adapt to company requirements.
• Provide training and feedback to the team when necessary.
• Time‑management skills to meet tight deadlines.
