Store Keeper

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC. Under the guidance of the Stock Coordinator, the Stock/Storekeeper will manage inventory/stock handling, BC ERP, posting and data entries.

• Pick and pack materials for production orders based on production requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production teams.
• Ensure that materials are stored in an organized manner for easy access.
• Co‑ordinate with team for day‑to‑day activities.
• Check that all items’ description, quantity, UOM are mentioned accurately in internal PR.

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming raw materials and products.
• Ensure materials are labelled, tagged, and stored according to warehouse guidelines.

• Transport materials and products to and from production areas.
• Support loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Ensure that materials are available for production lines as required.

• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure materials are used before expiry dates.
• Regularly check for damaged or expired items and report them for disposal or return to suppliers.

• Adhere to all warehouse HSE safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, ensuring aisles and storage areas are clear and accessible.
• Report any safety hazards or damaged equipment to the warehouse supervisor.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock movements, material usage, and deliveries. Provide regular reports on stock levels and material requirements.

You are obliged to follow the company's recycling process, hence proper disposal of office consumables to help the environment is a must.

• Work closely with production, quality control, and other warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory forecasting and stock planning based on production schedules.

Number of years of experience: 2-3 years as Store Assistant with full store functions (stock knowledge).

ERP knowledge would be an advantage.

Degree or equivalent.

English (Read, Write and Speak).

Nationalities: MS/Applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft BC.

• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg weight.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with staff.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritise work.
• Must be able to work during weekends and late evening.

• You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety, and environment to others.
