Plant Manager - Ready Mix Concrete

Manage inventory of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water, optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of ready‑mix concrete batches according to project specifications.

Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all incoming materials and outgoing concrete products, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plant operators, batchers, and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Develop and manage the plant’s operational budget, controlling costs related to labor, materials, energy, and maintenance while maximizing profitability.

Proven expertise in ready‑mix concrete production, quality control principles, and batching systems.

Strong understanding of aggregate properties, cementitious materials, admixtures, and their impact on concrete performance.

Certification as an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician or equivalent is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using batching software and general computer skills, including MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
