Responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials such as plastic resins LD HD LLDPE PE PP PET films and laminates inks adhesives solvents additives packaging consumables spare parts and maintenance items
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations
• Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions with suppliers
• Identify alternative suppliers to reduce costs and supply risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality delivery cost and service
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding shortages delays or quality concerns
• Support supplier audits and qualification processes
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements
• Coordinate with production planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
• Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze market trends and raw material price fluctuations
• Implement cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports and purchasing metrics
• Monitor procurement budgets and spending
• Create and manage purchase orders contracts and procurement records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Coordinate import export documentation when required
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems

Knowledge of plastic raw materials, films, inks, adhesives, and packaging production processes. Experience with ERP systems. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
