Production Engineer Cement Dispatch and Packing plant

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate loading of cement trucks to meet customer demands and production schedules.
• Manage the packing plant's efficiency by monitoring machinery performance and implementing strategies to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards for bagged cement by conducting regular checks on product integrity and packaging.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules, thereby reducing transportation costs and improving customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the cement packing plant, monitoring packer performance, loading systems, and dispatch equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or operations role within the cement or building materials industry.
• Proven experience in managing dispatch operations and overseeing automated packing lines.
• Strong understanding of cement production processes, quality standards, and material handling.
