Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ras Al Khaimah for a N /XLPE Production and Plant Manager. The manager oversees end‑to‑end plant operations, including daily production planning, monitoring output, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing activities, managing resources and maintenance schedules, optimizing production efficiency, and resolving operational issues. The role involves leading and developing plant teams, setting performance targets, implementing process improvements, and preparing regular reports on production, costs, and key performance indicators.
The manager also collaborates with senior management and other departments to align plant performance with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Strong plant management and plant operations skills, with proven experience overseeing manufacturing facilities.
- Competence in operations management and production planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Hands‑on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in N , XLPE, or related polymer and chemical processing environments.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and experience implementing robust safety and compliance practices.
- Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address technical and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with cross‑functional teams and reporting to senior management.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in production or plant management are an advantage.
