Quality Control Inspector - RAK Ceramics

RAK Ceramics is currently seeking detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspectors to actively monitor production lines and ensure all finished tiles and sanitaryware meet our rigorous international export standards.

• Examine ceramic products continuously as they exit the kilns to identify any structural flaws, chipping, or shading irregularities.
• Perform calibrated stress and dimension tests on randomly selected production batches within the on-site laboratory.
• Isolate defective materials immediately from the packaging line and document the root causes of production errors in the digital database.
• Collaborate effectively with machine operators to adjust kiln temperatures and pressing mechanisms when defect rates spike.

• Experience:
  
  At least two years of hands‑on inspection experience within heavy manufacturing, ideally focusing on building materials or ceramics.
• Skills:
  
  High attention to detail, strong stamina to stand for long durations, and basic computer proficiency for reporting tasks.
• Documentation:
  Candidates must possess a valid UAE residency and be legally cleared for an immediate employer transfer.

• Salary: 4,000 ‑ 5,500 AED basic monthly wage, adjusted according to previous industrial experience.
