Assistant Production Manager – Plastic Extrusion Industry; Hindi Speaking

1. Production Operations

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to production plans.
• Monitor machine utilization and production output to achieve operational targets.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data and recommend corrective actions to address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Work towards reducing material wastage and production costs.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor rejection rates and support initiatives to improve product quality.

• Supervise production operators, technicians, and shift leaders.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
• Monitor employee performance and promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in workforce planning and shift scheduling.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Report equipment malfunctions and follow up on corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce the use of PPE.
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

• Monitor raw material consumption and production inventory.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Procurement teams to ensure material availability.
