Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of joinery production, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material to finished product.
- Manage and motivate the joinery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee joinery products meet superior standards.
- Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- Education:
Diploma, ITI, or Secondary School Certificate. - Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the joinery industry. - Hold relevant certifications in joinery, woodworking, or production management.
- Demonstrate 2 years of progressive supervision experience in joinery production, with a strong track record.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining various woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
