We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our fashion company. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Visa: UAE employment visa provided
Availability: Immediate joining preferred
Responsibilities- Develop patterns from sketches, measurements and design references.
- Create and adjust patterns for sampling and production.
- Perform pattern grading for all required sizes.
- Ensure accurate fit, structure, balance and drape.
- Make pattern corrections following fittings.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready patterns.
- Work closely with tailors during sample development.
- Support garment construction and resolve fitting issues.
- Use both manual and CAD pattern-making techniques.
- Strong expertise in pattern making, grading and garment construction for women’s fashion apparel.
- Ability to accurately interpret design sketches, measurements and specifications.
- Proficiency in both manual and CAD pattern making is required.
- Experience with CLO3D is preferred.
- Strong understanding of garment fit, balance, drape and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-checking skills.
- Ability to create and adjust patterns for sampling and production.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with designers and tailors.
- Previous experience as a Pattern Maker or Pattern Master in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Relevant technical education in fashion design, apparel production or pattern making is preferred.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
