Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ras Al Khaimah, covering multiple positions: CNC Operator, Fabricator, Quality Controller (QC), Welder, Draughtsperson with Tekla experience, and Civil Engineer. Day-to-day tasks may include operating CNC machines and other production equipment, performing steel and aluminium fabrication, and carrying out welding activities to meet project specifications. Team members will interpret technical drawings and 3D models, prepare shop drawings and fabrication details (including Tekla modeling), and support structural and civil engineering calculations and site coordination.

Responsibilities also include conducting quality checks on materials and finished products, maintaining machinery, complying with safety and QA/QC procedures, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and machinery handling for CNC and fabrication equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in machining and milling for precision component and structural steel production.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including inspection, measurement, and documentation of products and processes.
• Relevant trade certifications or diplomas in fabrication, welding, or machining; or a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering for engineering roles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models; experience with Tekla or similar detailing software for draughtsperson roles.
• Knowledge of welding processes and standards; ability to work to tight tolerances and project specifications.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing and construction environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.
• Previous experience in steel manufacturing, fabrication, or construction in the Middle East region is an advantage.
