Production Coordinator

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator able to join immediately to manage and streamline production activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating across multiple teams and departments.

• Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Liaise with production teams, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Track inventory, materials, and resources to prevent delays or shortages.
• Assist in quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support management in planning, forecasting, and implementing process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or operations support.
• Familiarity with production processes, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, or production management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
