Junior Production Supervisor Hira Industries LLC – Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production output against daily and shift-wise targets and ensure production plans are achieved.
- Allocate manpower across production lines based on workload, production requirements, and employee availability.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Perform production data entry and updates in SAP and maintain accurate production records.
- Prepare daily, shift-wise, and monthly production reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor production performance, machine downtime, wastage, rejection, and productivity.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and production inputs by coordinating with the Stores/Warehouse team.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and process standards.
- Monitor quality during production and immediately report deviations, defects, and process issues to the QC/QA team.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to resolve production-related requirements.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and take immediate corrective action or elevate to the Production Manager.
- Monitor machine and equipment conditions and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, housekeeping, and workplace discipline on the shop floor.
- Conduct regular shop-floor inspections to ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper shift handover, including production status, pending activities, machine issues, material requirements, and manpower concerns.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, production records, and other operational documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and achieve production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Hira Industries' production, quality, safety, and operational standards.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
