- Oversee daily crushing operations, ensuring optimal throughput and product quality by closely monitoring crusher performance and material flow.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Manage and schedule crushing plant personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive team dynamic.
- Direct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on crushing equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aggregate crushing operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in heavy equipment operation or maintenance are a plus.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of crushing equipment (e.g., jaw, cone, impact crushers).
- Strong understanding of aggregate testing methods and quality control procedures.
