What Will I Be Doing?Content Creation & Management
Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, etc.), aligning with Waldorf Astoria’s luxury brand standards.
Create Arabic-language content tailored to regional and local cultural preferences while ensuring global brand alignment.
Maintain and manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
Edit and adapt content for various markets, balancing global campaigns with localized messaging.
Social Media Monitoring & Engagement
Monitor social media channels daily, responding promptly and appropriately in both Arabic and English.
Engage with guests, followers, and influencers to build brand loyalty and drive conversation.
Escalate guest concerns and feedback to relevant teams in a timely manner.
Campaign Support
Develop and implement social media campaigns for key hotel promotions, events, and seasonal activities.
Support paid social campaigns by assisting with targeting, ad creative, and performance monitoring.
Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach, and ROI across platforms, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance against KPIs.
Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Public Relations and other hotel departments (Sales, F&B, Spa, Events) to align digital strategies.
Coordinate with Hilton regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
Stay up-to-date with global and Middle Eastern social media trends.
Experiment with new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.
Recommend and test new content formats and platform features to maximize reach and engagement.
What Are We Looking For?A Social Media and Content Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Exceptional communication, with the ability to reflect a sophisticated and refined brand voice.
High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
Excellent organizational and administration skills.
Experience in managing social media and content creation within the luxury hospitality or 5-star hotel property.
Proficiency in advanced social media and analytics tools to deliver high-impact, luxury-driven digital campaigns.
