Experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing
Coordinator with over 5 years of hands‑on experience to support our growing operations across the UAE and wider region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between departments for smooth execution.
This position requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and bring creative energy into both sales and marketing functions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating closely with Regional and Area Sales Managers, Estimation teams, and external marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Regional and Area Sales Managers to support day‑to‑day sales operations.
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the Estimation team to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain updated enquiry logs and sales registers.
- Track rental utilisation and prepare relevant forecasts.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports, forecasts, and summaries for management.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and the execution of digital and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with external marketing partners for campaign implementation.
- Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Key Qualities &
Skills:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing coordination role (construction or industrial sector experience is a plus).
- Confident, self‑driven, and highly organised.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of technical writing, SEO, or SMO is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
