Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
AboutThe Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Resort Marketing Manager to join the resort’s Advertising and Brand Marketing team.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Strategy and Brand Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that position Wynn Al Marjan Island as a world-class destination and support overall resort performance. - Integrated Campaign Planning:
Lead cross-channel campaigns promoting the full resort experience, including rooms, dining, leisure, entertainment, and seasonal highlights. - Brand & Storytelling:
Ensure all resort marketing communications reflect Wynn brand standards, luxury positioning, and a cohesive narrative across markets and platforms. - Content & Creative Oversight:
Direct the development of content, visuals, and experiences that showcase the resort’s unique lifestyle, amenities, and sense of place. - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with Rooms, F&B, Entertainment, Spa, Retail, Digital, PR, and Social Media teams to ensure alignment and integrated execution. - Guest Journey Optimization:
Support marketing initiatives across the guest lifecycle—from inspiration and booking to in‑stay engagement and post‑stay loyalty. - Performance & Insights:
Track campaign effectiveness, visitation drivers, and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategy and maximize impact. - Budget & Resource Management:
Manage the resort marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spend, prioritization, and measurable outcomes. - Market Awareness:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to keep the resort offering relevant, competitive, and aspirational.
The idea l candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hospitality or resort marketing.
- Demonstrated success in supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and guest engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
