Marketing Manager

• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties' business goals
• Manage the marketing department and ensure effective execution of all marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
• Oversee and refine brand positioning and identity across all platforms
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns
• Leverage market research and data analytics to identify growth opportunities
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Manage public relations and brand partnerships with influencers and media outlets
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with company sustainability and ESG goals

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, or service industry preferred
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
