Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for glass manufacturing processes.
* Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality specifications and identify areas for process improvement.
* Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Analyze quality data to identify trends, investigate root causes of defects, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate effectively with production, research & development, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
* Prepare detailed quality reports and comprehensive documentation for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Science) or a closely related technical field.
* Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in glass, ceramics, or a similar heavy industry.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools and methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.## Benefits
