Hira Industries is looking for a motivated and experienced QC Engineer to support the quality operations of its HVAC Ducting division, Aeroduct. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing quality control, ISO documentation, inspection processes, testing, and product compliance within HVAC or industrial manufacturing environments.
Role Description
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Prepare quality reports, test certificates, inspection records, CAPA, and non-conformance reports.
- Maintain ISO 9001 documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Support UL 181 / UL 723 documentation and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, R&D, suppliers, and customers on quality-related matters.
- Handle customer complaints, supplier non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Conduct testing activities, maintain lab equipment, and ensure calibration compliance.
- Manage quality-related activities in SAP S/4
HANA. - Support certification audits including ISO, UL, and FM approvals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of QC/QA experience in HVAC, flexible duct or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and manufacturing quality processes.
- Familiarity with UL standards, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA is preferred. - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
