This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE Officer, based in Ras Al Khaimah. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites and facilities.

The role includes conducting site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits, as well as ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards. The HSE Officer will work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to promote a strong safety culture and prevent workplace incidents.

• Implement and monitor HSE management systems in line with local laws and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
• Provide HSE training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks to staff and workers.
• Ensure all safety equipment and PPE are available, used properly, and maintained.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and report with preventive recommendations.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with project teams to develop Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and method statements
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
• Certified in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in steel structure or heavy manufacturing industry or relevant industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HSE regulations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Handling ISO Audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be a added advantage
