QA​/QC Inspector (Ceramics

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience executing quality control checks within a heavy manufacturing plant, specifically focusing on ceramics, glass, or heavy building materials.
• Must hold a formal Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Quality Management from a recognized institution.
• Exceptional visual acuity and physical stamina required to continuously monitor high-speed automated conveyor lines and manually inspect heavy sanitaryware during 12-hour rotational shifts.

• Execute rigorous visual and physical inspections on finished tiles and sanitaryware, actively identifying micro-fractures, dimensional deviations, and glaze inconsistencies before export approval.
• Pull random production samples directly from the active kilns and transport them to the central laboratory to conduct destructive stress testing and chemical durability audits.
• Maintain absolute accuracy in digital quality logs, immediately flagging recurring defect patterns to the Plant Manager to halt production and prevent massive raw material wastage.
