You will review ITPs, manage NCRs/CAPA, mentor engineers, coordinate with contractors and authorities (TRAKHEES, Municipality, Civil Defence), and produce KPIs and audit reports.
This role requires a Civil/Mechanical engineering background, 15–17 years QA/QC in construction, and a Lead Auditor ISO
