Senior QA​/QC Manager

We have an urgent requirement for Senior QA/QC Manager for our client based Ras
-Al
- Khaimah.

Establish, implement, and monitor Quality Management Plans (QMPs) across Planning & Development projects in line with QEPS procedures.

--Must

Review ITPs, conduct site inspections, manage NCRs/CAPA, and support internal/external audits with authorities.

--Must

Lead QA/QC teams, mentor engineers, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers on quality matters.

--Must

Prepare quality KPIs, dashboards, and audit reports; investigate incidents and recommend systemic improvements.

--Must

Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) with strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards and codes..

The Senior QA/QC Manager will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across Planning & Development projects. The role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems and processes to ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with approved specifications, standards, and quality procedures.

• Quality Management Plans:
  Develop, implement, and maintain QMPs in line with QEPS procedures.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead QA/QC teams across multiple project sites and portfolios.
• Inspection & Testing:
  Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Site Audits:
  Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Non-Conformance Management:
  Manage NCRs and ensure timely close-out through CAPA.
• Third-Party Testing:
  Coordinate material certification, equipment calibration, and external testing.
• Internal & External Audits:
  Conduct internal audits and support authority audits (TRAKHEES, Municipality, Civil Defence).
• Documentation Review:
  Review contractor/consultant QA/QC documentation for compliance.
• Reporting:
  Prepare quality performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Training & Mentoring:
  Train and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
• Incident Investigation:
  Investigate quality-related incidents and recommend systemic improvements.
• Handover Documentation:
  Ensure as-built, O&M manuals, and warranties meet quality standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Liaise with Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors on quality matters.
• Material & Workmanship Control:
  Implement quality control procedures for materials, workmanship, and testing.
• Analysis & Reporting:
  Prepare KPIs, NCR trend analysis, and audit reports for portfolio review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15–17 years of QA/QC experience in construction/infrastructure, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) with strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards and codes.
• Strong technical expertise, presentation skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
