R&D Professional – Hair Care & Skin Care

Dabur is seeking an experienced Research & Development professional to join its R&D team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Hair Care and Skin Care product development within FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Pharma industries. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product innovation, formulation development, scale-up processes, and technology transfer while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

• Lead product development activities from concept stage to commercialisation.
• Develop and optimize Hair Care and Skin Care formulations.
• Manage R&D projects and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Support scale-up processes and technology transfer to production.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Packaging, Marketing, and Production teams.
• Drive innovation and support successful product launches.

• 7+ years of relevant R&D experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Pharma industries.
• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery & Cosmetic Management, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Hair Care and/or Skin Care formulation and product development.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Cosmetic formulation and product development processes.
  • R&D project management and technology transfer.
  • Quality systems, GMP, EMS, and regulatory compliance.
• Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery & Cosmetic Management, or a related field
