Chef job vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to menu specifications
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen area
• Ensure all food is cooked to order and at the appropriate temperature
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly
• Ensure that all recipes are followed accurately
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders
• Keep up-to-date with cooking trends, techniques, equipment, and new ingredients
• Train new staff members in the kitchen operations, recipes, techniques, etc.

• Minimum two years’ experience as a chef in a professional setting
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and various cuisine styles
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a professional kitchen environment
• Ability to work long hours under pressure
• Ability to work well within a team environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month. We also offer excellent benefits including medical insurance, paid annual leave, transportation allowance, etc. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad for this position as well.
