Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation and presentation, and staff management. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
Demands for the Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment.
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate the team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
