Pastry Chef - Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of high quality desserts, cakes and pastries, and for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen.

• Produce high quality desserts, cakes and pastries.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
• Ensure consistency and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices in the pastry area.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high volume food production setting.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and methods; experience in creating new menu items.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible hours when needed.
