We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our restaurant in Ras-al-Khaimah. You will be in charge of the kitchen, creating dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong culinary background and excellent customer service skills, as well as an eye for detail.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating new dishes, ordering ingredients and supplies, managing kitchen staff, planning menus and pricing items, supervising food preparation, maintaining health and safety standards, and adhering to sanitation regulations.
RequirementsThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications: at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of current trends in international cuisine; excellent organizational skills; a good understanding of health and safety regulations; strong leadership skills; ability to work long hours when needed.
