Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As the Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, creativity, and excellent management skills.

• Develop creative menus reflecting the restaurant’s vision and standards
• Train and manage kitchen staff on food preparation according to recipes
• Monitor food preparation and portion sizes to ensure quality standards
• Assist in managing food supply orders
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the kitchen

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Experience in international cuisines is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
