Commis Chefs | Ras Al Khaimah – UAE | Casino Staff Accommodation
We are looking for COMMIS CHEFS – STAFF ACCOMMODATION DINING SERVICE to join an exciting project coming to the UAE. The first-ever casino will be opening its doors in 2026.
Currently, we are recruiting teams for the staff accommodation dining facilities.
Position: Commis Chefs – Staff Accommodation Dining Service
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (110km north of Dubai)
Availability: July 2026
Interview Mode:
Online interviews scheduled for February 2026
- Lead and monitor workflow in a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, or employee dining)
- Supervise Commis 2 and 3, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
- Prepare and oversee raw meat, fish, vegetables, sauces and garnishes for service
- Ensure sauces, stocks and condiments are maintained in optimal condition
- Guarantee food freshness, hygiene, and compliance with company storage standards
- Uphold HACCP standards and ensure dry and cold storage areas are properly maintained
- Perform duties assigned by the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Continuously improve health and safety standards and train juniors in compliance practices
- Attend and contribute to departmental and inter‑departmental meetings
- Promote team spirit, encourage good relationship, and ensure effective multicultural communication
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- Remain well‑mannered, well groomed, and hygienic at all times
- Support sustainability initiatives by participating in the company recycling program
- Act as a role model in professionalism, teamwork and culinary standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2-3+ Years of solid culinary experience required
- Certificate/diploma in culinary arts from recognized institution
- Strong technical skills and ability to lead a section and mentor juniors
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure during service times - Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel standards and procedures
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Professional grooming and adherence to hotel standards
