About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Hotel Analyst – Hotel Administration to join the resort’s hotel administration team.
Responsibilities- Analyze hotel performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management and department heads.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Finance, and Operations to align data insights with business goals.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct cost‑benefit analyses for operational initiatives and capital projects.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for ownership or corporate stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel analytics, revenue management, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and property management systems (e.g., Opera, SAP).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Office‑based role with standard working hours; occasional extended hours during reporting cycles.
- Collaborative environment with cross‑functional interaction.
