Job Requisition
Overview of the Role- The Customer Service Associate is integral to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales and maintaining store quality. This role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked, and processing transactions efficiently. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, sales growth, and upkeep of store standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a high level of service and assist with their needs.
- Address basic customer complaints and escalation issues as needed.
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and adheres to company visual merchandising standards.
- Regularly clean and maintain the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Participate in receiving new shipments and restocking the store.
- Help manage inventory and ensure the store is fully stocked.
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product information to make informed recommendations.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and follow company policies for handling payments.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Customer service expertise in retail environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store organization.
- Competency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, emphasizing excellent service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high store standards and product organization.
- Experience with cash handling and operating registers.
