We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all products are displayed correctly, promptly and accurately according to the company's standards.

• Maintain good relationships with store owners and customers.
• Ensure all products are displayed correctly, promptly and accurately according to the company standards.
• Negotiate deals with suppliers and negotiate discounts on bulk orders.
• Create displays that draw customer attention and maximize sales potential.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish as needed, and maintain accurate inventories.
• Monitor customer buying trends to determine which products should be stocked or discontinued.
• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety regulations and cleaning up any spills immediately.
• Train new employees on product knowledge, display techniques, merchandising standards, etc.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail sector is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of current retail trends, product lines and merchandise categories
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
• A creative mindset for developing strategies for displays
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree is an advantage
