Sales Executive – Laboratory Furniture Division

Labplus, a leading manufacturer of high‑quality laboratory furniture and solutions in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the construction industry, with proven ability to manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and laboratory fit‑out sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Experience dealing with contractors and consultants is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel across UAE for meetings and site visits.

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Attractive Incentives based on performance (from AED 10,000–15,000)
