Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new B2B customers across the UAE.

• Promote and sell commercial packaging products and solutions.

• Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, orders, and deliveries.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update customer and sales records.

• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and bulk orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• UAE experience in B2B Sales / Business Development is preferred.

• Experience in packaging, packing materials, FMCG supplies, logistics, e-commerce supplies, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
