Business Set Up Advisor

Innovation City is a dynamic business and innovation ecosystem in Ras Al Khaimah, supporting entrepreneurs, startups and businesses across a range of industries.

As we continue to grow our business community, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Set-Up Advisor to support clients through their company formation journey while driving license sales and revenue growth.

The Business Set-Up Advisor will manage a portfolio of clients and consultants, providing expert advice on the most suitable company formation and licensing solutions based on each client’s business requirements.

This is a highly sales-focused role requiring strong knowledge of UAE business setup, particularly Free Zone company formation, alongside a proven ability to convert opportunities into successful deals and consistently achieve sales targets.

• Manage a portfolio of prospective and existing clients, consultants and B2B accounts.
• Advise clients on the most suitable business setup, licensing and company formation options based on their activities and requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation and lead qualification through to conversion and license issuance.
• Achieve and exceed monthly license sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage B2B accounts related to business setup, legal, accounting and associated services.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Sales Administration teams to collect and process documentation required for license applications.
• Keep clients informed throughout the application process and proactively address any issues or delays.
• Provide clear guidance on setup requirements, costs, timelines and processes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant business services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and client information within the CRM.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events to promote Innovation City and generate new business opportunities.
• Support the development of marketing materials, promotions and digital content based on market and customer insights.
• Maintain strong awareness of UAE company formation regulations, market trends and competitor offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales experience within UAE business setup or company formation
  , preferably within a Free Zone.
• Strong knowledge of company formation, licensing and business setup processes in the UAE.
• Proven track record of converting leads into successful deals and achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
