B2B Sales, Business Development
This is a chance to build the GCC commercial presence of one of the UK’s most established premium custom PC brands — from zero.
The business has more than 20 years of profitable trading behind it, an official Aston Martin co-branded product line, and customers ranging from esports teams through to the Royal Air Force.
Now it has launched in the Middle East and is looking for its first commercial hire in the region.
There’s no inherited account list and no mature territory to manage. You’ll help decide where the opportunity is, open the doors, build the relationships and take deals from first conversation through to close.
The roleYou’ll take ownership of business development across the UAE and wider GCC, targeting customers who value premium, tailor-made hardware.
That could mean government entities, universities, esports organisations, gaming studios, family offices or enterprises with serious compute requirements.
You’ll work closely with the leadership and technical teams to shape the regional go-to-market strategy, build pipeline and translate customer needs into the right solution — whether that’s a single high-end workstation or a full esports facility.
You’ll also be the face of the brand in the region, representing the business at events, exhibitions, launches and partnership opportunities while building the relationships that will drive long‑term growth.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys opening new markets and creating something from the ground up.
What we're looking for- A proven track record of winning new business, opening accounts or building new markets.
- Strong B2B sales experience across hardware, gaming, consumer electronics or a closely related technology sector.
- Good understanding of how business gets done across the UAE and wider GCC.
- Comfortable selling to very different audiences, from government and education through to founders and enterprise buyers.
- Strong commercial discipline around pipeline, forecasting and closing.
- Genuine interest in PCs, gaming and technology, with the curiosity to understand the product rather than rely on a generic sales pitch.
Arabic would be a plus, particularly when working with government and family office customers.
Experience launching a brand into a new market, relationships across esports, education or government procurement, and a UAE driving licence would also be useful.
