a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in managing sales orders, tracking inventory, and processing payments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
