Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve the organization’s sales objectives. This includes identifying potential client opportunities, setting customer service standards, supervising the sales team, monitoring performance against goals, conducting regular performance reviews, creating reports on progress, introducing new products or services to existing clients, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing promotional plans to increase awareness of the company’s products or services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. They should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a strong awareness of customer service and be able to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing.

Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of market trends and dynamics as well as familiarity with CRM software systems like Hub Spot or Salesforce.
