Senior Sales Manager

Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to generate new business maintain client relationships and contribute to the overall sales goals of the property. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts identifying market opportunities and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue and enhancing the market position of the property.

• Account Management:
  Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments ensuring regular engagement and retention
• Business Development:
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls networking and participation in industry events
• Sales Execution:
  Develop and present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives and client needs
• Market Analysis:
  Monitor competitor activities market trends and client needs to develop tailored sales strategies
• Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and achievements
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Revenue Marketing and Event teams to ensure alignment on pricing promotions and service delivery
• Client Visits amp Inspections:
  Organize and conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients
• CRM Management:
  Update and manage client information using the company s CRM system ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up
• Event Representation:
  Represent the property at trade shows exhibitions and sales missions to promote brand visibility and business growth
• Compliance:
  Adhere to company policies sales procedures and legal requirements in all client interactions and transactions

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.

Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
